Overall: 
DVD Cloner 4's ease of use makes this one of the top
choices if you are looking for a software to backup*
your DVD's. Backup quality from a DVD-9
to a DVD-5 was near perfect. The included 3 free
software titles: DVD to MPEG, DVD to AVI, and DVD to
SVCD are a nice bonus in case you want to convert your
DVD's to these formats.
Easy of Use: 
Ya it was easy to use. A simple nice looking interface
where you choose the drive to read from and the drive
to burn to. After that simply click the Start button.
That's IT! Now sit back and relax.
Backup Quality:
We found to quality to be near perfect. On DVD-9 to
DVD-5 conversions, (a personal dual layer home film)
the compression quality was hardly noticeable on
our TV sets. Basically the original and the compression
backup looked the same.
Feature Set :
Fearures are basically 1 task. To backup* a DVD movie,
either by compressing a dual layer disc so it will
fit onto 1 DVD blank or to back it up as is (dual
layer is supported). But we liked the 3 bonus software
that were included. Now with this set of software
it basically gives you all the tools you need to
backup and convert DVD's to whatever you need to.
Ease of Setup :
Setup of the software is a breeze. As long as your
DVD drive(s) are recgonized by the Operating System,
then DVD Cloner 2 should detect them and use them
flawlessly. Keep in mind that some burning related
issues may be fixed by simply updating the firmware
for the burner which can be found at the manufactures
site.
Help & Support: 
The only bad thing I can say about DVD Cloner 2 was
their support. Email support and discussion forums
are their only options. Thier email support was
about a day behind in responding and their discussion
forums are helpful if you get lucky and find your
problem within the first 10 posts. Or if you have
patience you could browse through the many posts
found there.
